CORPUS CHRISTI – The westbound and eastbound lanes of Leopard Street will be shifted between Lester Street and Sam Rankin Street beginning Thursday, November 21, 2019 to April 30, 2020 as part of the Harbor Bridge Project. The existing reduced lanes will include Leopard Street westbound traffic shifting to the eastbound lanes. The lane shifts are necessary to complete utility and bridge footing construction on Leopard Street. All work is weather permitting.
Motorists are urged to be aware of the lane closures, to consider using alternate routes, to follow all traffic control devices, and to slow down in the work zones.
