On Wednesday, June 30, Martin Luther King Drive (also known as the IH 37 westbound frontage road) will be closed between Coke Street and Port Avenue from 2 am until 5 am.

CORPUS CHRISTI – On Wednesday, June 30, Martin Luther King Drive (also known as the IH 37 westbound frontage road) will be closed between Coke Street and Port Avenue from 2 am until 5 am.  The closure is necessary for construction related to the Harbor Bridge Project.

Detours will be in place at Coke Street, to Winnebago Street, and onto Port Avenue.

Portable message signs will be in place to assist motorists with navigating the alternate route.

Motorists are urged to be aware of the closure, consider using alternate routes, follow all traffic control devices, and to slow down in the work zones.  All work is weather permitting.
