CORPUS CHRISTI – On Wednesday, October 5, from 9 pm until 6 am, Thursday, October 6, alternating mainlane reductions will occur on northbound IH 37 at the bridge over Nueces Bay Boulevard. The alternating lane closures are necessary to repair the pavement deviation onto the bridge.
Traffic control devices and work convoys will be in place to alert motorists of reduced speeds and alternating lane reductions.
Motorists are urged to be aware of the temporary mainlane reductions, consider using alternate routes, follow all traffic control devices, and to slow down in the work zones. All work is weather permitting.
