Motorists leaving the bayfront area to southbound SH 286 will continue northbound on IH 37, take the Up River Road exit, make a U-turn, and continue southbound on IH 37 to the direct connector ramp for southbound SH 286.

Portable message signs will be in place to alert motorists of the closures and to assist with navigating the alternate route.

Motorists are urged to be aware of the temporary closures, consider using alternate routes, follow all traffic control devices, and to slow down in the work zones. All work is weather permitting.
