CORPUS CHRISTI – Beginning Thursday, March 20, from 3 am until 6 pm, the southbound SH 286 connection from the Northwest Loop Ramp will follow a temporary detour to the Culberson Street frontage road and continue through the Comanche Street intersection to enter the ramp for southbound SH 286. The detour is necessary to complete final surface paving around the South Interchange.
Flaggers will be in place to manage traffic flow during the detour.
Motorists are urged to be aware of the temporary route, consider using alternate routes, follow all traffic control devices, and to slow down in the work zones. All work is weather permitting.
