Upcoming Harbor Bridge Project nightly mainlane reductions to affect southbound US 181 from Beach Avenue to Burleson Street. Nightly mainlane reduction to be in effect March 24 - 28

CORPUS CHRISTI – Beginning Monday, March 24, from 9 pm until 6 am nightly, through Friday, March 28, southbound US 181 will be reduced to one lane from Beach Avenue to Burleson Street. The mainlane reduction is necessary for retaining wall work.

Portable message signs will be in place to alert motorists of the mainlane reductions.

Motorists are urged to be aware of slow-rolling traffic, plan for an alternate route to the frontage road, follow all traffic control devices, and to slow down in the work zones. All work is weather permitting.
