CORPUS CHRISTI – On Tuesday, September 27, from 9 pm until 6 am, alternating mainlane reductions will occur on southbound IH 37 between Nueces Bay Boulevard and Port Avenue. The temporary closures are necessary to install route shield pavement markings.
Traffic control devices will be in place to alert motorists of reduced speeds and alternating lane reductions.
Motorists are urged to be aware of the temporary mainlane reductions, consider using alternate routes, follow all traffic control devices, and to slow down in the work zones. All work is weather permitting.
