CORPUS CHRISTI – On Monday, June 2, from 7 pm until 6 am, northbound SH 286 will undergo a temporary mainlane reduction from the Port Avenue exit ramp to the South Interchange. The closed lane is necessary for overhead sign installation.
Portable message signs will be in place to alert commuters of the temporary lane closure and potential traffic delays.
Motorists are urged to be aware of slow-rolling traffic, plan for an alternate route, follow all traffic control devices, and to slow down in the work zones. All work is weather permitting.
